🟦 LEVEL 1 – LAY LEADER

Your Pathway to Relational and Ministry Leadership in RLCC
🌱 Purpose and Vision
The Lay Leader Level is the foundational stage in RLCC’s leadership development journey. It is designed for believers who are ready to take spiritual responsibility for othersβ€”either by discipling people through a Life Group, helping ministry workers thrive through a Task Group, or eventually leading leaders through the IMPACT Team.
This level follows a project-based approach focused on growth through practice, reflection, and mentoring. Leaders are guided within their current group context (Life or Task) and supported through regular TAG mentoring, which can be done bi-weekly or monthly depending on availability.
