Serve in the Ministry
1 Peter 4:7-11
7 The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray. 8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 9 Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. 10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
Everyone is called by God to serve Him as His representative in the world. As you grow in your faith together with others, we want you to consider serving the Lord according to your gifts, talents, and situations in life. There are three ministry areas where you can serve.

1. REACH ✝️
REACH stands for "Reaching Everyone And Converting Hearts". Here we implement our three strategic ministries called GO, BRING, and JOIN to reach more people for Christ.
2. CORE 🌱
CORE stands for "Creating Ongoing Renewal Environments". Here we implement our three strategic ministries called CARE, BUILD, and MOBILIZE to help our members grow, mature, and serve the Lord. It includes five renewal environments:
- Congregations 🏛️ (worship services, special occasions, etc.)
- Communities 🏘️ (various fellowships based on age, gender, affinity, or location)
- Circles (e.g. Simple Churches, LIFE Groups, TASK Groups, HELP Groups, SHARE Groups, or Timothy Accountability Groups) 🤝
- Classes (courses for various learning) 📚
- Companionships (one on one coaching, mentoring, and spiritual direction)
3. LEAD 🚀
LEAD stands for "Leadership Empowerment And Development". Here we implement three strategic ministries called SPOT, TRAIN, and ASSIGN/SEND to help develop spiritual leaders for various organizational roles.
