Be a Mentor
π§ Be a Mentor
π Supports REACH, CORE, and LEAD Systems
π§ Ministry Focus:
A Mentor is someone who walks closely with individuals in ministry, offering wisdom, personal care, and spiritual formation beyond task-based coaching. While Coaches guide people through specific roles and training projects, Mentors help them grow in character, commitment, chemistry with others, and discernment of their calling. A Mentor listens deeply, speaks truth in love, and stays present through both the challenges and celebrations of ministry life.
