STEP 2: Guided Team Reflection
Checklist for Coach:
- β Help the trainee prepare a 30β60 minute reflection session (questions, scripture, prayer).

STEP 3: Mentoring Assistant Pastors (2 stages)

- β Guide them to include spiritual identity and ministry role discussions.
Stage 2 β Review and Feedback
- β Ask for mentee feedback and personal reflections.
