π§ Ministry Focus: A Host helps make RLCC gatherings and events welcoming, purposeful, and engaging. Hosts either gather people (by inviting and encouraging them to attend), or emcee the event (by guiding the flow, welcoming guests, and helping accomplish the programβs purpose). Hosts serve as the warm and steady presence that helps people feel at ease and attentive to what God wants to do in the gathering.

Pre-Qualifications
- Has a friendly, welcoming personality and a heart for people
- Comfortable speaking in front of a group or making personal invitations
- Understands the purpose of the event and is aligned with RLCCβs values
- Willing to prepare and coordinate with the team ahead of time
- Committed to improving communication and hosting skills through feedback

Goal: Learn the goals and flow of the event you will host.

Goal: Gather people by making personal and intentional invitations.

Goal: Lead a live segment of an RLCC event with clarity and care.

- Stay sensitive to the audience, timing, and Spirit during your segment
