A Guest Relations Servant (GRS) serves as a Resource Person who ensures that first-time guests and newcomers to RLCC events feel welcomed, valued, and connected. GRS team members engage guests with warmth, answer basic questions, and help them discover potential next steps toward deeper involvement in the life of the churchβ€”whether through groups, gatherings, or ministries.

Each GRS will be supported by a Coach who will walk with them through the training projects and live event experiences. The Coach will help with conversation practice, reflection on guest interactions, and guidance on how to recommend appropriate next steps. Coaching may be offered through pre-event briefings, real-time observation, and post-event debriefs to foster confidence, compassion, and competence.
