🧭 Ministry Focus: A Frontliner helps to bring seekers to faith in Jesus Christ.

βœ… Pre-Qualifications
  • A clear testimony of salvation and commitment to Jesus
  • Able to share the gospel clearly and relationally
  • Active involvement in a Life Group or ministry
  • Endorsed by a mentor or REACH Team Leader
  • Uses email regularly for communication
🧭 Training Projects (to be completed within 1 month)

A Mobilizer will help you fulfill these projects.
πŸ“˜ Project 1: Start a Real Life Bible Study (RLBS)
Goal: Launch a Bible study with at least one seeker.
Activities:
  • Invite a seeker from your H.I.T. List to start an RLBS.
  • Choose a simple topic and schedule the first session.
  • Use the provided RLBS guide or Bible passages.
  • Lead the session, focusing on listening and interaction.
  • Share your experience in the REACH Team Huddle.

Goal: Practice and share your faith story.
Activities:
  • Write a short 3-part testimony (Before–How–After).
  • Practice with a mentor or peer and receive feedback.
  • Share it during the REACH Team Huddle.
  • Share it live with a seeker in a natural setting.
πŸ“œ Project 3: Narrate the Gospel
Goal: Clearly explain the gospel to a seeker.
Activities:
  • Learn a simple gospel outline.
  • Practice with a mentor and get feedback.
  • Share it during the REACH Team Huddle.
  • Present the gospel during an RLBS session.
πŸŽ‰ Project 4: Invite to Freedom Day & Baptize
Goal: Help seekers make a commitment and take the next step.
Activities:
  • Identify seekers ready to follow Christ.
  • Invite them to attend Freedom Day.
  • Support them if they decide to be baptized.
  • Celebrate with them and pray for them.
  • Reflect and share in the REACH Team Huddle.

  • Teaches the Word Simply and Clearly - Explains religious teachings in an easy-to-understand way, avoiding complicated language to ensure everyone can grasp the message.
  • Leads Others Toward Commitment - Guides individuals thoughtfully and patiently to make personal decisions about their faith, encouraging sincere dedication.
  • Celebrates Spiritual Decisions - Acknowledges and honors when someone makes a choice to follow their faith, providing encouragement and support to reinforce their decision.
