🧭 Ministry Focus:
An Event Emcee (or Host) sets the tone, builds connection, and guides the flow of church-wide, community, or class-based events. This person helps participants stay engaged, informed, and focused by introducing segments, transitioning smoothly, and reinforcing the purpose of the event. The Emcee works closely with the Events Team and key leaders to ensure the experience is both spiritually meaningful and well-organized.

  • Warm, clear, and confident communicator in front of groups
  • Understands the goals and structure of RLCC events
  • Able to follow a run-of-show or program flow while staying flexible
  • Willing to coordinate with the Events Team and adjust as needed
  • Open to feedback and growth in public speaking and spiritual leadership

Each Event Emcee will be assigned a Coach who will help them prepare and reflect on their live hosting experience. The Coach may assist with script reviews, delivery practice, and post-event feedback. The goal is to help the Emcee grow in confidence, clarity, and spiritual presence while leading people through meaningful experiences.
