- A growing personal relationship with Jesus and a desire to help new believers
- Able to explain RLCC’s vision and values clearly and warmly
- Active involvement in Sunday Worship and a Life Group
- Endorsed by a mentor or REACH team leader
- Willing to receive coaching and complete training projects
- Uses email regularly for communication

Project 1: Freedom Day Follow-Up
Goal: Follow up with 2 new converts from Freedom Day within 48 hours
Activities:
Goal: Follow up with 2 new converts from Freedom Day within 48 hours
Activities:
- Make contact (online or in person) with at least 2 new believers.
- Judge if they help with their conversion experience and offer encouragement and prayer.
- Share your experience during the REACH Team Huddle.
Project 2: Orient about RLCC
Goal: Introduce 2 new converts to RLCC’s Vision Frame.
Activities:
Goal: Introduce 2 new converts to RLCC’s Vision Frame.
Activities:
- Prepare a 5-minute talk about RLCC’s vision frame in summary form.
- Practice sharing it with a mentor and receive feedback.
- Practice sharing it during the REACH Tea, Huddle incorporating the feedback.
- Share it live with 2 new converts.
- Share your experience during the REACH Team Huddle.
Project 3: Helping New Converts Start the Six Godly HABITS
Goal: Encourage 2 new converts to begin the 6 godly HABITS

- Learn the six godly HABITS. Click here
- Practice the six godly HABITS.
- Practice sharing it with a mentor in 5 minutes and receive feedback.
- Practice sharing it during the REACH Team Huddle incorporating the feedback.
- Share it live with 2 new converts.
- Coach 2 new converts in applying the habits based on your experience.
- Share your experience during the REACH Team Huddle.
Project 4: Invite to Regularly Attend Sunday Worship
Goal: Invite 2 new converts to start attending the Sunday Worship Celebration regularly either in person or online.
Goal: Invite 2 new converts to start attending the Sunday Worship Celebration regularly either in person or online.
Activities:
- Invite 2 new converts to start attending the SWC on a regular basis either in person or online.
- Accompany them during the SWC and sit with them so that they will not feel out of place.
- Introduce them to RLCC members who are like them.
- Talk with them after the SWC to know about their experience and invite them to attend again.
- Share your experience during the REACH Team Huddle.
Project 5: Invite New Converts to Life Group
Goal: Invite 2 new converts to join a Life Group as soon as possible so that they can be helped in their spiritual growth and maturity.
Activities:
- Look for a Life Group suitable for the life situation of each new convert.
- Inform the Life Group Facilitator or Coordinator that you want to invite a new convert to join them.
- Accompany the new convert to the Life Group for the first time.
- Introduce the new convert to a Care Provider from the Life Group if any or to the Care Ministry Coordinator.
- Share your experience during the REACH Team Huddle.
🔄 Accountability & Support
- Serve under the REACH System Coordinator
- Attend regular REACH Team Huddles for support, encouragement, and reporting
- Coordinate closely with other REACH Team workers and leaders
- Receive feedback and guidance from a mentor or ministry coach
📆 Ongoing Responsibilities
- 🧭 Judge if New Converts Need Help Understanding Their Conversion - Ask helpful questions and offer guidance and prayer.
- 🏠 Orient New Converts to the Christian Life and RLCC - Share RLCC’s values and what it means to follow Jesus.
- 🙏 Invite New Converts to Attend Sunday Worship - Make sure they feel welcomed and included in the service.
- 👥 Nudge New Converts Toward Life Group or Community - Help them find lasting relationships for discipleship and support.
📈 Basis of Evaluation for Continued Service
- Practices Follow-Up with Care and Consistency - Faithfully reaches out to new believers with timely support and encouragement.
- Builds Warm Connections to RLCC - Helps new converts feel welcomed, valued, and included in the church family.
- Communicates RLCC’s Culture Clearly - Explains the church’s vision, values, and expectations in a simple, engaging way.
- Guides Others into Spiritual Growth Habits - Encourages new believers to start and continue the Six Godly HABITS.
- Supports Integration into Church Life - Actively connects new believers to worship services, Life Groups, and meaningful relationships.
