Partner With God’s Work at RLCC

At Real Life Christian Communities (RLCC), we believe God is transforming lives through our communities and ministries. People are growing in their faith, leaders are being developed, and the gospel is reaching more people.
We want to invite those whom the Lord is leading to become Vision Partners.

Vision Partners are individuals who prayerfully commit to support a specific RLCC community, simple church, or ministry through regular monthly giving beyond their normal tithes and offerings.
This is an opportunity to participate in what God is doing by helping strengthen the ministries that serve our church and community.
Why Vision Partners Matter
Your partnership helps make our vsion possible in many ways, including:
• Strengthening our church communities and simple churches where people grow in faith
• Discipling people through Circle Groups and mentoring relationships
• Training and equipping leaders for ministry
• Supporting outreach and ministry initiatives
• Caring for people through pastoral ministry and community life
When you become a Vision Partner, you help ensure that these ministries can continue to flourish.
What You Can Support
Vision Partners may choose to support a specific community, simple church, or ministry team.
Communities and Simple Churches
  • Remix Community - for adult men
  • Kindred Hearts Community - for adult women
  • One in Christ Community - for young couples
  • Crossroads Community - for young professionals
  • Real Life You Community - for current and out-of-school students
  • Simple Church at Southridge - for those living in Southridge, San Pedro
  • Simple Church at Australian Surp;us - for those working at Australian Surplus
These communities and simple churches help people build meaningful relationships and grow spiritually.
Ministries

Leadership and Governance
  • Strategic Leadership Team - setting direction, strategies, and systems and developing future pastors
  • Pastoral Staff - applying the direction, strategies, and systems of the church
  • Church Stewardship Team - approving the budget and other major financial decisions to fulfill the direction, strategies, and systems of the church
Mission and Discipleship
  • REACH - reaching, evangelizing and converting hearts to Christ
  • EQUIP - equipping people for works of ministry
  • Spiritual Formation and Soul Care - facilitating growth and maturity in Christ
  • Ministry Mobilization - recruiting and deploying workers for various ministries
  • Uphold Ministry - providing prayer support
Operations and Support
  • Finance Team - managing the receiving, accounting, and disbursement of finances
  • Human Resources Team - guiding and overseeing the policies regarding paid staff
  • Digital Spaces and Tools - managing the ministry of the church in digital spaces
  • Events Team - managing the SWC and other major events
  • Maintenance Team - managing our facilities, utilities, and transportation needs
Families and Next Generations
  • Building Families - creating environments for building families in RLCC
  • Bryan Leadership Project - supporting students with leadership potential
  • UpNext - creating environments for children to grow and thrive
  • Train-a-Child - evangelizing children outside of RLCC
These various ministries help carry out our vision.
Suggested Monthly Partnership
Vision Partners commit to a regular monthly gift to support a specific community, simple church, or ministry team, as the Lord leads them.
Some may choose to give:
  • ₱500 per month
  • ₱1,000 per month
  • ₱2,500 per month
  • ₱5,000 per month
  • or another amount that the Lord places on their heart

Our desire is not to pressure anyone, but to invite those who feel called by God to participate in this work.
How to Become a Vision Partner
If you feel led by the Lord to support a specific community, simple church, or ministry in RLCC, you may become a Vision Partner by completing the commitment form below.
