Helping Everyone Live Productively
Introduction
At Real Life Christian Communities (RLCC), we understand that life can sometimes be overwhelming. Many people go through seasons of grief, loss, stress, illness, broken relationships, financial struggles, or other difficulties. During these times, no one should have to walk alone. That is why we have HELP Groups.
HELP stands for Helping Everyone Live Productively. These are small support groups where people gather to share their struggles, receive encouragement, and discover hope together in Christ. A HELP Group is not about fixing each other’s problems—it’s about walking alongside one another with compassion, understanding, and prayer.
The purpose of a HELP Group is to provide:
- Support – A safe and caring space where people can be honest about their struggles.
- Encouragement – Words of hope and faith to strengthen one another.
- Prayer – Bringing our burdens to God and trusting Him for healing and wisdom.
- Practical Help – Offering simple acts of care that lighten someone’s load.
At the heart of every HELP Group is a simple rhythm: Eat, Share, Pray.
- We Eat together to create a warm and welcoming environment.
- We Share our joys and struggles honestly, while listening with compassion.
- We Pray for one another, seeking God’s strength and peace for the journey.
This guide contains nine sessions that will help your HELP Group build the right foundation. Each session focuses on one commitment that strengthens the group as a safe, supportive, and faith-filled community.
Our prayer is that through HELP Groups, many will find comfort, hope, and encouragement to live productively in Christ—even in the midst of life’s challenges.
