Join a Community

Discover Your Place. Deepen Your Faith. Do Life Together.

A Community is a medium-sized group of 15 to 20 people who come together in RLCC based on their affinity—whether by age, gender, stage of life, or shared interest or according to their location (which must be near a Center). Examples include Young students, Young Professionals, Young Couples, Adult Women, Adult Men, Seniors.
A Community provides a welcoming space for connection and spiritual growth—even for those who may not yet be ready to join a Circle Group. You are free to attend without any pressure, though you will always be encouraged to take the next step when you're ready.
We believe that spiritual growth happens best in relationships. But not everyone is ready to open up in an intimate environment right away. A Community provides that perfect middle ground—a safe and friendly space where you can begin to experience spiritual family at your own pace.
When you're ready, you can join a Circle Group. We have different types of Circle Groups:
  • LIFE Groups – for spiritual growth and discipleship
  • Share Groups – for meaningful conversations and mutual encouragement
  • Help Groups – for specific support or recovery from difficult challenges
  • TASK Groups – for serving together in ministry
Joining a Community doesn’t automatically mean joining a Circle Group—but the door is open whenever you're ready.
Communities are led with care
Every Community is led by an Overseer, supported by a team of Supervisors called IMPACT (Integrated Ministry Planning and Coordinating Team). These leaders help plan gatherings, provide spiritual care, and guide the growth and direction of the Community.
Their goal? To create a safe, joyful, and life-giving space where everyone feels welcomed and empowered to follow Jesus in the company of others.
Learning to join a community
We prepared a short course of Six Sessions, designed to help you understand what it means to join a Community.
Each session includes a few key points, a reflection question, and a practical challenge to help you move forward.
Learn as you join
You are not alone—and you don’t have to walk alone.
God has placed you in His family for a purpose.
So open your heart and let Him show you where you belong.
"God sets the lonely in families…"
 â€” Psalm 68:6a NIV
Let’s take the next step of growing together in Community.
