🧠 Training Projects (Complete 10 Speaking Projects within 12 months)
Each project is completed in three stages to promote learning, growth, and excellence.
  • 🎀 Stage 1 – Raw: Deliver your first version in a Equippers Lab session and receive live feedback.
  • πŸ“ Stage 2 – Revised: Refine your message using feedback and redeliver it to your mentor or small group.
  • πŸ“£ Stage 3 – Polished: Deliver the final version in a public setting (Life Group, event, livestream, etc.).
Note: A Coach will help you fulfill these projects.
  1. Project 1: Tell Your Faith Story - Share your personal journey of coming to know Christ (5 min).
  2. Project 2: Deliver a Devotion from Scripture - Teach a short message using a Scripture β†’ Insight β†’ Application structure (5–7 min).
  3. Project 3: Explain a Core Christian Belief - Present a foundational truth (e.g., salvation, grace, sin) clearly and simply (7–8 min).
  4. Project 4: Exhort the Church to Action - Inspire obedience to God’s Word with boldness and clarity (5–7 min).
  5. Project 5: Speak from the Heart on a Burden or Calling - Share a Spirit-led message based on a conviction or ministry passion (8–10 min).
  6. Project 6: Deliver a Funeral Homily - Comfort the grieving and point to hope in Christ (5–7 min).
  7. Project 7: Give a Wedding Message - Offer biblical encouragement on marriage and covenant love (5–7 min).
  8. Project 8: Preach from an Epistle - Teach from a New Testament letter with biblical and practical insight (20–30 min).
  9. Project 9: Preach from a Poetic Book - Share a reflection from Psalms or other poetic books with emotional connection (10–12 min).
  10. Project 10: Preach from a Prophetic Book - Teach from Isaiah or another prophetic passage, highlighting gospel themes (10–12 min).

  • Prepare Biblical Messages with Faithfulness - Study and teach God's Word clearly, accurately, and prayerfully.
  • Participate in Equippers Lab - Attend labs regularly to present, receive feedback, and grow with peers.
  • Serve as Equipper in Various Settings - Be available to speak in Life Groups, prayer nights, livestreams, events, and more.
  • Model Humility and Growth - Use your gift to serve othersβ€”not to promote yourselfβ€”and always seek to improve.

  • Serve under the CORE System Coordinator
  • Attend scheduled Equippers Lab sessions (60–90 mins)
  • Receive structured feedback from mentors and peers
  • Track project progress through the CORE System (e.g., Planning Center or shared tracker)
