๐Ÿ’– Ministry Focus: Providing Spiritual and Practical Support to RLCC Members 
โœ… Pre-Qualifications
  • Has a compassionate and servant-hearted spirit
  • Emotionally mature and trustworthy with confidential matters
  • Active in a Life Group or Ministry Team in RLCC
  • Endorsed by a Mentor, Life Group Leader, or Ministry Team Leader
  • Uses email regularly for communication
๐Ÿง  Training Projects (to be completed within 2 months or more)

A Coach will help you fulfill these projects.
๐Ÿฉบ Project 1: Comfort the Sick or Grieving
Goal: Offer presence and prayer to someone who is hurting.
Activities:
  • Visit or call someone who is sick or grieving.
  • Pray with them or read Scripture.
  • Share your experience in the CORE Team Huddle.
๐Ÿงบ Project 2: Assist with Practical Needs
Goal: Help a member with a simple act of service.
Activities:
  • Provide help with errands, meals, or transportation.
  • Inform the CORE System Coordinator if needed.
  • Reflect on the experience in the CORE Team Huddle.
๐ŸŒฟ Project 3: Refresh the Weary
Goal: Encourage someone who may be burned out.
Activities:
  • Reach out to a tired or discouraged member.
  • Listen, encourage, and offer spiritual support.
  • Share how the conversation went in the CORE Team Huddle.
๐Ÿ“ฃ Project 4: Encourage the Disengaged
Goal: Reconnect someone whoโ€™s been distant from church life.
Activities:
  • Contact a member whoโ€™s been absent or disconnected.
  • Invite them to attend a gathering or rejoin their group.
  • Share your effort and outcome in the CORE Team Huddle.

  • ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Comfort the Sick or Grieving - Reach out to those experiencing loss, illness, or difficulty.
  • ๐Ÿค Assist with Practical Needs - Help members with tangible support when needed.
  • ๐ŸŒฑ Refresh the Weary - Encourage those who are emotionally or spiritually drained.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฃ Encourage the Disengaged - Reach out to members who feel distant or disconnected and invite them back into community.
๐Ÿ”„ Accountability & Support
  • Serve under the CORE System Coordinator
  • Attend regular CORE Team Huddles for encouragement, prayer, and reflection
  • Work alongside other CORE Team workers and leaders as needed
